張軍旗教授專注于強化學習、群體智能、群體機器人、多智能體系統、大數據等人工智能領域及其在噪聲或動態環境等復雜場景下強化學習、優化與協同方法的研究。已在《IEEE Trans. on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Trans. On Automatic Control》、《IEEE Trans. on Automation Science and Engineering》、《IEEE Trans. on Control Systems Technology》、《IEEE Trans. on Intelligent Transportation Systems》等國際期刊以第一或通訊作者發表論文11篇，其中影響因子超過10的中科院一區期刊8篇，二區期刊3篇，2015年入選IEEE高級會員。主持上海市教育委員會科研創新計劃自然科學重大項目1項、國家自然科學基金3項、上海市自然科學基金1項；獲得北京大學2007-2008年度優秀博士后獎、首屆中國博士后科學基金特別資助基金。2014年，獲國家留學基金委資助，作為訪問學者到美國新澤西理工六合彩結果
跟隨IEEE Fellow周孟初教授訪問一年。具有較強的科研攻關能力和項目實施組織水平，具備重大項目的主持能力與跨學科聯合開發實際應用系統的能力。
