雷金龍，理學博士，同濟大學“青年百人A”教授，國家海外高層次青年人才計劃獲得者。2011年于中國科學技術大學獲得學士學位，2016年于中國科六合彩結果
數學與系統科學研究院獲得理學博士學位。 2016- 2019年在美國賓夕法尼亞州立大學從事博士后研究。研究方向是不確定信息下多智能體優化與博弈的分析與設計理論。獲得中國科協青年人才托舉工程、第27屆“關肇直”獎、上海市青年科技英才“揚帆計劃”并主持國家自然科學基金委青年基金和面上基金項目等，并參與上海市市級科技重大專項等。已發表30余篇期刊和會議論文，包括優化控制與運籌學頂刊IEEE Trans. Automatic Control、SIAM J. Optimization、Operations Research和Mathematics of Operations Research及人工智能頂會NeurIPS等。代表論文如下：
